Are you interested in volunteering?
Are you a school or special school representative;
If yes, does the School's Principal agree
to SAPT Hellas' human/dog team to visit the school's premises? *
Do you represent a social welfare society (e.g. Institution or shelter for the disabled)?

First and Last name:*
Name of School/Institution : (if applicable):
Address (applicable to schools/institutions):
Phone:*
Mobile:
Fax:

E-mail:*
Important: Please be very careful when filling-in your e-mail address, or else our answer will never reach you!

Comments:
  1. Schools: Please fill-in the grades and the respective number of children per grade that are interested in participating in our presentation.
  2. Foundations or other organizations for the disabled: Please fill-in the total number of inmates or students, their respective conditions and/or syndromes, in order to provide us with a first “picture” of the composition of our team when we visit your premises,
  3. Interested volunteers: Please fill-in  –after browsing the various sub-sections of our site– the way in which you believe you could help us in our efforts. Also, please bear in mind that all interested volunteers start-off with a 6-month “trial period” on our team as general support volunteers, which involves joining us in our morning visits (at least once per week) to schools and foundations. This trial period serves the purpose of getting the “feel” and familiarizing themselves with all the tasks, “on-the-job”, and of course, make sure they wish to remain on the general support team or, possibly, move-on to the Dog Visitation Team  (always with a mixed-breed dog, pre-existing or adopted at the time for this purpose).
